If you enjoy taking a a drink every so often, keep your money out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Empty your purse, your billfold, and leave all cash, charge cards and cheques out of the casino. Take only the money you expect to use on drinks, tipping and few dollars you intend to burn and keep the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Not by any means. Just realistic. You could have a profit after a boozy evening out with your acquaintances and be blessed sufficiently to catch a marathon roll at a smokin craps table. Keep that account because it is as short-lived as it gets if you always drink and wager. The two just don’t go well together.
Leaving your moolah back at the hotel might be a tiny bit drastic, but preventative measures for dramatic actions is essential. If you bet to succeed, then do not consume alcohol and play. If you can afford to be wasteful with your money nary a worry, then drink all the gratuitous alcohol your stomach are able to handle, but don’t pack credit cards and cheques to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your dead drunk head throws away everything!
Permit me to take this a single step further. do not drink alcohol and then head online to play in your favourite online casino either. I love to cocktail from the coziness of my home, however since I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards in close proximity, I can’t drink and bet.
How come? Even though I don’t drink alcohol a lot, once I drink alcohol, it’s definitely enough to blur my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t consume alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. Both make for a decimating, and expensive, cocktail.
